You can purchase BoseCare when purchasing your Bose product directly from the Bose
website.
2. When can I purchase BoseCare?
BoseCare can be purchased at the time initial purchase of your Bose Product.
3. When does coverage start?
Coverage under your BoseCare plan begins when the manufacturer’s warranty of your device
ends. If applicable, BoseCare accident protection begins immediately upon receipt of your Bose
product.
4. How much does BoseCare cost?
BoseCare is a one-time cost based on the product it’s purchased for, extended warranty, and
accident protection cost The price is shown at time of purchase.
5. What does the plan cover?
BoseCare covers mechanical breakdowns after the manufacturer warranty expires, battery
failure, or damage due to power surges. For full details, please review the Terms and Conditions.
BoseCare with accident protection covers the unintentional and accidental damage from your
handling of the product during normal use as defined by the manufacturer in the Owners Guide.
6. How do I file a claim? What can I expect from the claims process?
For plans purchased after [January 20, 2025]:

7. Is there a service fee if I file a claim?
There are no service fees associated with your BoseCare plan.
8. How many repairs or replacements can I receive under BoseCare?
Your BoseCare plan will provide 1 repair or replacement of your device.
9. Can I cancel my BoseCare plan?
Yes, your BoseCare plan may be canceled at any time. If you decide to cancel your plan, you
